Do you confirm the order or send a reminder?We will confirm your order at the time you make your final choices. We will also call you the day before the event to reconfirm details and collect final payment.

How long does it take to get a response to my inquiry form?We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. If your event is within the next 48 hours, give us a call at 254-629-1791.

How far in advance can I order?We will be happy to take your order at any time. For events that are more than a month away, you may secure the date and time during your call. However, keep in mind that some flavors and toppings rotate seasonally and current flavors at time of call may not be available day of actual event. You will need to call one week in advance to confirm your flavor and toppings selection.

How do you keep the product from melting and how long does it last?For Full Service and Drop Off, we transport freshly prepared Pinkberry to you in insulated coolers. There is dry ice in the coolers to keep your Pinkberry chilled. For Full Service, the team keeps the product in the coolers as they serve your guests. For Drop Off, once the team arrives at your event, the Pinkberry is taken out of the cooler and set out for you and your guests. For Pick Up, your order is placed in a reusable insulated bag for you to transport to your event. The product will stay cold for 30-45 minutes depending on the number of cups in the bag.

What do I need to do for my Pick Up Order?Our Pick Up option is a great way to manage your last minute event or gift needs. Just contact us 24 hours in advance and we will have your order ready at your scheduled pick up time. As a reminder, once you pick up your treats, although packed with ice, you will need to consider thawing time to your destination.

What do I need to do to get ready for a Drop Off Love Oak Event?For Drop Off, team members set up your frozen yogurt and toppings in a designated area for you and your guests to top on their own. You should have a 6’ table available, or as much table space as you can give us, so we can set up your products. Upon drop off of product, you become responsible for keeping the product frozen or have it served immediately to your guests in its reasonable temperature state.

What if I don’t live in Eastland? Can Love Oak still cater my event? What is the maximum distance from your store that you will travel?On average Love Oak only caters within Eastland County. If your event is outside of Eastland County, please give us a call and we will do our best to accomidate. We want to ensure that when we serve our frozen yogurt, we maintain the integrity of the product so that you have the best Love Oak Frozen Yogurt experience possible. If you are too far away from our store, the yogurt may suffer in transport and compromise the quality.

What do I need to do to get ready for a Full Service Love Oak Event?For Full Service our team members stay at your event to top and present each Cup of Love to your guests. Love Oak will serve you and your guests for up to 2 hours. When we get to your event location we need a 6’ table, or as much table space as you can give us, so we can set up your toppings. We will also need a place behind or near the six foot table to store insulated coolers.

What type of Love Oak Frozen Yogurt Catering services are offered?Full Service, Drop Off, and Pick-Up. For both Full Service and Drop Off frozen yogurt will be prepared fresh for your event in the sizes and flavors you choose. We usually bring 6-8 toppings and recommend an assortment of fruit, dry, and liquid toppings. For Pick Up, you can call your local store the day before your event to pick up smaller orders in an insulated bag to take to your event.

How can I pay for my order? Is my info secure?Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card or with a credit card authorization form. Credit cards are not kept on file and are discarded safely. Cash or checks payments are accepted at the store. Checks can also be sent by mail.

How do I know what flavors or toppings to choose for my guests?We suggest that you choose original, a fruit flavor, and an indulgent flavor to cover everyone’s tastes. We will help you choose based on what is currently available in our stores and ensure you’ll have a great mix everyone will enjoy!

Is childcare provided?No, childcare is not provided. We ask members to not bring children to the club because there are no appropriate spaces for them to wait, remain safe from equipment or stairs, or avoid distracting other members from their health club activities.

Are there family discounts or other discounts available?No, our health club pricing is based on individual memberships only and we aim to provide a great value for every single member. Each member can choose the tier that meets their individual needs.

What is the annual gym enhancement fee for?Our annual gym enhancement fee starts three months after your your first payment and repeats annually on the same month thereafter. We use these funds to purchase new equipment, replace broken or outdated equipment, and enhance facilities to improve your health club experience.

What is the minimum age requirement for the club?We allow membership for individuals 16 and up. Members under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

LOVE OAK team members work hard to keep our spacious clubs squeaky clean from the front door to the private showers. That's why you'll see them wiping down machines throughout the day. Also, we encourage members to wipe down equipment before and after use with disinfectant spray found at easy-to-find cleaning stations.
