Love Oak Online Refund/Cancellation Policy

What is the online return policy?

Most unopened items sold online by (Love Oak, LLC) in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.* Some items sold by have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Love Oak, LLC policy board (refund exceptions), or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. 

*Customer will be required to cover any return shipping associated with the return or exchange of item(s). In the case of an exchange, Love Oak, LLC may ask the customer to also cover the exchange shipping fees for the replacement item(s). Exchange shipping charges are up to the discretion of Love Oak, LLC and are determined on a case by case basis.

**Love Oak, LLC will not refund shipping fees for orders once the order has been shipped (once the customer has received the tracking number). 

What is the online cancellation policy?

Once the customer has received a shipping tracking number for the order, will NOT cancel the order. 


If you have any issues with your order (e.g. incorrect shipping address), please email prior to receiving the shipping tracking number.

Can I change my form of payment after the order is placed?

We will NOT change the payment form/type once the order has been placed. 

How do I get a refund?

Please send an email to with the following information to begin the refund process:

  • Email Subject Line:

    • "REFUND: Order #"

  • Body of Email:

    • Order #

    • Full Name on Order

    • Return Item(s) SKU # or Full Name

      • If using item name, please make sure that you include any stated sizes and/or colors. ​

    • Reason for Return​

      • If item arrived damaged, please include a description and images of the damaged item. ​

*Customer will receive a follow up email within 2 business days with any additional request for information and to complete the return process.  


Are there any return exceptions?

Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited or only eligible for in-store credit. Other restrictions may apply.​​

  • All name brand fragrance items must be returned unopened in the original cellophane wrapper within 15 days for a refund or exchange. 

  • Holiday items, limited-time-only collections, customized, marked down, clearance, and/or final sale items are NOT eligible for return. 

  • Photo Kiosk items are not eligible for return or exchange unless in the case of a printing/product defect at the fault of Love Oak, LLC. Any return, exchange, or free reprint will require approval by a manager and/or the owner. 

  • Personalized items and digital downloads are NOT eligible for return. 

  • Specialty, pre-paid and all gift cards (e.g., Love Oak Gift Cards) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

How will I be refunded for my return?

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

Refunds to a third-party credit card or payment platform (PayPal) typically take 1-3 days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.

It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Online Return Center before refunds can be processed.

For returns made in store, will also be refunded to the original form of payment used for your online purchase.

For returns made in store without the original receipt or packing slip, you may receive a Love Oak merchandise return card for in-store credit for your refund.
