Get free vitamins for the children in your family!

 

Love Oak Pharmacy is excited to announce our new initiative to improve the health of children in our community. Ideally, children should get their nutrition from a balanced, healthy diet. We at Love Oak Pharmacy understand that with your busy schedule, those well-rounded, home-cooked meals aren't always possible. That's why pediatricians may recommend a daily multivitamin or mineral supplement for your child.

 

Our Healthy Kids Free Vitamin Program offers each child in your family, ages 2-12, a FREE 30-day supply of Good Neighbor Pharmacy Children’s Chewables Complete Multi-Vitamins each month.

 

Parents are encouraged to return the Program Enrollment Form to our pharmacy, where they receive a punch card and their first month’s supply of FREE vitamins. Parents are then able to pick up a FREE bottle of vitamins every 30 days for each child in their household. 

 

We believe this free program will greatly improve the nutrition of our local kids and we are happy to help give back to our local community.
